Double Garage Conversion
The structure retains its original stonework exterior that matches the rest of the house, but several key updates indicate the nature of the conversion:

New windows have been installed where the garage doors once were, framed with modern uPVC and protective film still visible.

The interior wall has been rebuilt and insulated to support domestic use rather than garage storage.

The brickwork below the windows shows consistent craftsmanship, blending seamlessly with the existing facade to create a cohesive, residential appearance.

Materials and tools in front — timbers, insulation boards, and paving adjustments — point to both structural framing and internal partitioning under way.

Electrical wiring visible on the left wall for new utility connections for lighting, outlets, and possibly the bathroom installations.
Once complete, this conversion will provide an enlarged, comfortable living area with natural light from the new window arrangement and a functional bathroom, effectively transforming a purely utilitarian space into part of the home’s main living environment.
